Urban Renewal

Today I went to Urban Renewal got a BUNCH of clothes. I loved it because everything was colored coordinated. I don't like jeans that much but I got one pair to see if I liked them. Some of the shirts I got were that strechy type but weren't nylon. The stuff I got I really like so I am really happy. Almost everything I got was on sale 50% off. I will go there again and again whenever I need clothes. The store has dressy shirts and casual stuff. My stuff is in the laundry now. When it comes out I will try everything on. I'll tell you how the jeans feel and how I like the rest of the stuff.

OOBLECK

If you don't know what oobleck is your life must be a bore. Oobleck is really fun! This is what you need.
Cornstarch, Water, Food Coloring (optional)
Take 2 cups of cornstarch and put it in a bowl. Put 1 1/2 cup of water in with the cornstarch. Mix it with a fork or with your hands. Then add food coloring and mix it again. Then play with it. YAY!

Dadidus

Sorry I haven't been posting much. Besides the point, I found this awesome website called dadidus.com it is hilarious. It is basically about these talking animals. Polo, Winston, Rudy, and some others that I can't remember. Anyways that is the top website for me right now. I found out about it on Youtube, and if you want to see videos of it go to the bottom of my page and you will see animated figures. Click on the figures. You will laugh out loud. Well I am off.

Doodles

I have been doodling for the past half hour, most of them are duds though. The good ones ( I have named them) I am proud they have names, their names are:

Block Man
Evil Teddy Bear
Good Teddy Bear
Boring Lady
Mr. Bunny Mischief


With these catchy character names I think that this would be a good comic strip. I think I will do character infos ( Date of Birth, name, age, etc.) as a document and maybe I will put them on my blog. But that is a lot of posting for one day. That is also a lot of typing. Most of the characters are stick figures with rather detailed heads. Except for Mr. Bunny Mischief who has a actual body. I like Mr. Bunny Mischief the best. I don't know why. Only if I could post my doodles. I need a good name for the the comic strip. I don't want to be a person who writes/draws comic strips what I really want to be is a filmmaker, film critic, director, or animator ( which is really the last thing I would do for money and fame even though that really isn't too much fame ) but that job is really demanding so I don't think I would do it, and if I did do art it would be a hobby or something like that I would do it in my spare time. Even though filming is demanding I would be more dedicated to actually do it. Anyways if you have any good names for the comic strip I would apreciate it if you put it in your replys. If you have any questions or suggestion to make my blog better please put that in your replys too. Thanks for reading!

Poem

I wrote a poem about a male Emperor penguin, earlier and I want to share it with the readers of my blog.

I AM A EMPEROR
I am a leader who leads my flock to their breeding place
I am a treasured one with the ladies
I am a full penguin who ate one to many shrimp
I am a protector of my penguin child
Last but not least I am loved by my family
And that is all I wanted




So how was the poem. Was it sweet, was it stupid tell me your honest answers in your replys. I am planning to write all my poems in a file in Appleworks called Poetry Corner. So all the poems I write one by one or occasionly two at a time I will put on a post. I also want to congratulate David Ortiz for hitting the Grand Slam on Saturday night. So give a little 3 cheers to David Ortiz in your head. The Red Sox are doing pretty good ( I think ) so that is great. Well I am off.

Story

HAIRSPRAY

I have just saw Hairspray with my friend. It is a great movie about integration and dancing. It is easy to relate to every character. Seaweed, Link, Tracey, Penny, Edna, Wilbur, and even Amber. Their are just really the regular people in the sixties. The only unrealistic thing is the singing in the middle of the street. Amanda Bynes (aka Penny) has a awesome part. I took a test in a magazine and it said it was most like Penny. She was also my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE character. She is a awesome friend and loves candy. Her friend Tracey is always there for her no matter what. When Penny started dating Seaweed Tracey didn't say one thing to her. Well mostly because she was for the intergration but if she wasn't I don't think it would she would care much. Well all in all it was 4 and a half star movie.
I want to be a film critic when I grow out so how was that critique. Tell me in your replys.
